What a Hot Afternoon in Philippines!

What a hot afternoon in the Philippines. I know that every afternoon is the hottest time for sun wave. I can still feel the hot of the sun even in my room. Maybe I need to take a bath again to feel cool and fresh also to survive the heat. To much exposing direct to the sun can cause of sun burn, skin disease and etc. If you're working whole and exposing to the sun you must use some lotion or sun block to protect your skin. Also, take a bath 3 times a day. I really hate when the weather was so bright and hot then suddenly the rain will pour. If you catch this rain can make you sick, like headache and flu. You need to be conscious to our health and to our body. Enjoy your day even the sun is so bright and hot.

Can you send some sunlight my way? I have wet laundry on the clothes-line that needs to be dried :) And yes, sudden changes in temperatures are bad for health.

It is December where I live and it is unseasonably warm. It was so warm earlier, I seriously considered going in swimming, I still may do it.
