So where are the pizza posts?

On Bubblews , one of the most common posts were regarding pizzas . I think people there love to write about pizzas they had eaten for lunch, for dinner or as snack. There were plenty of pizza recipes and bubbles about pizza deals but i have not seen any pizza post here since re-joining the site on 15th October.
Do members of Persona Paper do not eat pizzas that much or do you think it is too trivial a topic to write about?
Personally I love pizzas. There is something very comforting about the warm, melting cheese, the delicious toppings and the crust. Just looking at pizza pictures gives me cravings. I do not eat it frequently but I think this is one food I would never get tired of eating.
What's your favorite pizza topping?

I think about half, possibly more, of the people frequenting the ooze were Filipinos and perhaps pizza was some sort of novelty item. I have one post about pizza:

Hahaha... That's weird that you don't find any pizza post here. All I can say that the Persona members usually posting an article base on their thoughts, observations around them and experiences.
Most posts are original. Maybe they are scared of copied post/plagiarism. If posting about pizza and recipes which possible give a low quality since a lot of it can be found on the internet.

I only eat pizza these days when my daughter fixes them for her family. I used to love Hawaiian pizza, with pineapple.
Dawnwriter wrote on November 15, 2014, 12:55 PM
That's my favorite too though many people do not like pineapples as pizza topping but it is one of my favorites. :)

Personally, I haven't seen a lot of "I ate this or I ate that" type posts here, which is refreshing. Don't get me wrong, I love reading people's thoughts and accomplishments for the day, just not their dinner menu, LOL.

most of us Filipinos love to eat pizza and other Italian dishes like for example the very famous spaghetti but still majority of us prefer heavy meals with rice and "humba" or "tinolang manok" or just a plain and simple meal of rice and fried dried fish (buwad) with sliced tomatoes on the side. we're happy with that! :)

I am a big pizza fan. My husband makes it about once a month. We rarely have it at a restaurant and live too far out of town to ever get take out.

Just goes to show the difference in the quality of posts here in Persona Paper vs bubble ooze! Not saying that a pizza post can't be a good read but we haven't seen (hopefully, we don't see!!!) the deluge of 'What I've eaten for breakfast/lunch/dinner' posts which says a lot about the writers here in the site.
As for my favorite pizza topping, bell peppers top the list. Red or green doesn't matter.

Oh, I love pizza! Every Friday is Pizza Night here. My husband and I have a pizza and watch a movie or some TV shows together. We like DiGiorno frozen pizza because it bakes up so soft and fluffy. My favorite is the supreme style with the cheese-stuffed crust. Ummy yummy!

I think it depends on how you approach the topic. It's quite easy to see who is stringing along words just to reach the limit and who is writing an intelligent post.

#allen0187 I think Ruby3881 has given us a great example of how to write a pizza post. http://www.personapaper.com/article/15018-ruby-rambles-about-pizza

For us, Sunday is usually the pizza day. We usually buy one at lunch-time and take it to the park for an outdoor picnic.

Someone had responded to this post by writing a pizza piece...and that became my menu for dinner :)

Thanks for the mention! Yes, that was in response to a challenge issued by cinnafire :)

Very much agreed about the quality of content here. It's fine to write about one's eating habits, to exchange recipes, or even just to rave about a fabulous meal. But the "good morning," "last post," and "what I had for breakfast" posts are something I can do without...
cinnafire wrote on November 16, 2014, 4:37 PM
Yeah dont' forget about me LOL
We even used the same picture.

It depends on the locality of the writers. Pizza is considered expensive food in some Asian countries. Even McDonald's is considered upper middle class restaurant in second tier cities in China.
Dawnwriter wrote on December 4, 2014, 8:13 AM
Very true. Eating out at fast food places like Hardees, Fatburger, Nando's, Pizza Hut and MacDonald's is not easy for average family in Pakistan too. It costs about $5-6 per person and a family consisting of 2 parents and three children can ill afford it.
