I Miss Swimming

The photo was taken two years ago after our one month classroom training. We went to Antipolo City (Philippines) to look for a nice place to hold our team building. We were lucky because our co-worker is from the city and had known the place since it was opened to the public. That is me on the photo, I was enjoying the pool.

I remember when I was a kid I used to swim in the nearby river or in the flood. I know how to swim and wanted to take a swimming lesson when I was younger.

This photo reminds me of the happy memories when I was a child. I can swim to the nearby river if I wanted to. Or I can go to the nearest sea - the historical Lingayen Gulf where General MacArthur and troops landed.

I indeed miss the childhood days and swimming.

Swimming is a treat, isn't it? Our property's pool just closed for the season last Friday, and the next day the pump motor burned up. That's my project for today. We'll see how that goes.

I wish I could go swimming everyday

Haven't tried swimming in the flood. LOL! I've been in Antipolo once, it was summer but was very cold. I grew up and live by the beach. I learned to swim at a tender age. :)

Nice to swim in the lakes without any pollution

I remember when my folks and I used to take road trip vacations together, and, when it came time to stop for the night, I always hoped that the motel where we ended up would have a swimming pool -- and it usually did!!!

I miss swimming, but not because it isn't available. My backyard ends at a cove that is 5 feet at the shallowest, and on the other side of the lake, there is a swimming pool. I usually go swimming a few times, but last year I was so busy, I didn't go once. I hope I can this year, but I don't know since I am taking my last semester of school during the summer.

I miss swimming too. If I am not mistaken, my last swim activity was done at exactly 11 months ago because of company outing.

My last swimming was 2 years ago -- make it almost 3 years this May.
