No MORE juice plus

I have just had my last weigh in on juice plus, i am not going to continue with it because for the last few days i have had real problems with feeling sick after having my shakes, ive tried different fruits, different milks but its all the same, and yesterday i only managed to have 50 ml of one shake and then i was sick.

someone said to me it could be a build up on the soya protein powder the shakes are made of and that i could be intolerant to soya.

So no more juice plus for me, im sad to be leaving but its not a copp out from losing weight , ive already switched to weight watchers, signed up online for monthly pass and will be attending my first meeting tomorrow.

here is a picture of my juice plus journey, 6 weeks later ive lost 12 pounds and 3 inches off of my waist, so im happy with that and my head is in the right place to continue on my weight loss journey.

hi ... it's good that you stopped taking Juice Plus. i have to admit that i am not familiar with the product so i searched for it on Yahoo search engine. to my surprise the product review is not very good.

I also cant take juices I am not allowed by the doctor would you like to know why if yes then because I am diabetic.

thanks everyone, i am diabetic too but the juice plus didnt raise my blood sugar, in fact the doctor was impressed with my 3 levels, i saw the bad reviews too and just thought id try it for myself and up til this week i was fine with it and loosing weight, so in my opinion juice plus does work if you follow it right.

Good for you for now continuing in your weight loss journey. Congratulations on the success you've had to this point, and I wish you continued success. I know how difficult it is to begin, but you've passed that hurdle a long time past.

I think any diet which limits you to only a few foods is unhealthy. Certainly the best way to lose weight is not being too sick to eat. Try eating a balanced diet for a couple of weeks, but just eat less. Make sure you get some green leafy vegetables, broccoli, and some yellow veggies in your diet. Keep you meats, if any, lean. This should work until you feel healthy again.
