Animals: The Challenge to Name a Favorite One
The good part of this category-challenge is that the very first topic is animals! This is one of my very favorite things to talk about. As you may have read in one of my previous posts, I have discovered the Explore live cams and am a cam op on some of them because I love animals so much.
I have always tried naming my favorite ones but it is so tough for me because I love them all. I have always had a high fondness for bears so I would have to say that brown bears and polar bears are my absolute favorite animals.
I also love lemurs, cheetahs, and tigers as well. I could watch them all day long. So fascinating. One animal that I have discovered this past summer that I have grown to adore are beluga whales. Have you ever seen them up close? They are so animated and beautiful creatures.
The one species of animals that I can be mesmerized by are baboons. How interesting they are. They could sit there for quite a long time and groom each other. The babies even groom the adults. I guess I just loves them all...except for snakes. Not much into snakes.
This was an easy category for me to write about. It is bound to get a bit harder as I go along with other topics that I don't ordinarily write about. Thanks to Dawnwriter for putting it up fo anyone to participate.

Although I love all kinds of animals I have not encountered many except the domesticated ones. I did see kangaroos when I visited Australia who were romping around and ofcourse in zoos

I could watch lemurs all day, but cheetahs and tigers usually just lie around. When they ARE up and moving, though, they are fascinating. Especially when the tigers are playing in the water!
