A life without color won't be the same.

Imagine a life without color, I can't imagine it because not seeing a pink or yellow sunset won't be the same. Even articles with bright and vibrant pictures normally attract my attention quicker than normal pictures. If I see an article with a bright color picture it tend to draw my attention. The first time that I have watched a black and white movie I could only stare at the screen.

Things did indeed improved since then, and today technology has made it possible to do more with our photos and videos. One of my favorite past time hobbies are to collect shelves, and I am looking for the once that nature has created. The ones that are filled with color and just like our fingerprints I have never found one shelve that looks exactly like another one.

Color is therapy and using different types of them like orange, pink or red can brighten up any any room and bring more warmth and sunshine to it. Recently I have started changing my decor in my home by adding different colors to different rooms and it mad a huge impact on the overall atmosphere. Even thought I won't look like a clown if I leave my home I am glad that I have added that touch of color.

Even in nature I am astounded at the different types of shades that we do get and sometimes not even the best pictures can do them any justice. I love color and will always look for the shades that tend to calm me down like blues or greens. A life without color will be indeed a very boring life.

I agree with you 100%. I love vibrant colors myself and I cannot imagine a life without colors. Beautifully written.

Colors certainly add delight to life, even when we aren't consciously aware of them around us.

Colours can certainly have an effect upon our moods....

It definitely has and that is why most people are happier when the sun is shining than when it is raining.

Colors have definitely some influence on not only us but our subconscious as well. Thanks for stopping by

I have found that when I tend to be down, or even when I feel like one of those days I will wear red because red is a vibrant color

Why don't you show us a few photos of what you have collected? That will certainly make for a colourful post!

Color is an important part of our lives, although I do appreciate black and white artwork and photography. There's room for everything in life, I think!

I am quite finicky when it comes to mixing and matching and wonder what would be my life if there were not colours to mix and match. :)

some colors make us feel depressed like blue violet and other shades of dark blue! green gives a feeling of peace and calm while red makes us feel active and energetic and yes i agree life with out color is completely boring and not worth living for.

Color does enhance how we feel, I use color in my work everyday. I like earth colors bringing strength and stability to a room and white to underline and put emphasis on a doorway or an archway, I certainly love a punch of color to make the room come alive, it's the togetherness that makes it complete.

Did you know the color pink is supposed to be an impossible color to see? It's something about how our rods and cones are organized. We're not supposed to see pink at all.

Life is void if it's all dark or gray. Our moods reflects what we feel but no matter how we feel we should bring color to our life.

I love colors that's why i love decorating my filofax with bright and lovely colors as much as I can. Like you, I cannot imagine life without colors. I feel so blessed that I could see colors. I can't imagine being blind and not being able to experience seeing colors.

Color therapy - well indeed, color has a great impact on our disposition. That is why, choosing the paint in our home, the color of the curtains, other furnishing is not as easy as it looks.

I love vibrant colors.
