It is better to write for more than one site.

Lately I have realized that it is better to write on more than one platform. It is not a problem spend all my time just on one but when it comes to earnings and those checks don't come in for some strange reason, then it can become a huge problem. It is not easy making a living online if we don't have more than our plan A available.

Sometimes I might need that plan B, C or even D; working online is fun but it can be stressful as well. We might get family or friends that don't support what we do because we write, or according to them do nothing. What they don't understand is that online work is different from working for someone else.

To build a name for ourselves can take a long time and therefore we need to adapt to different platforms and we need to do whatever is needed to make it work for us.

I've realized this too! I am actually a member of a specific site which stated that they are paying their members thru posting. But then when I reached their minimum payout, those admins suddenly fade. My efforts are all gone! So frustrating!

I am so sorry about that; I am wring on Bubblews as well, but lately I am waiting so long for payments.

That's why you switched to this one?

I am still writing for them and another site, but I don't want to just focus on them and I mean we need to live. Money don't fall from the sky and that is making the community very unhappy

Yes, it is always wise to diversify and not put all your eggs in one basket. I heard that phrase once when I was reading about investing money. It is not good to invest money in only one area but many areas.

As difficult as it can be -- and time-consuming -- diversifying our online writing efforts makes the most sense in the long run. Things change so quickly on the Internet. We have to be prepared well in advance of the changes.

I think it's best to taste every doughnut in the box. If you get a little something from each place then you are doing it right!

It is a good idea to sample several different places in which to write. The only problem I have with that is that it can be very time-consuming. There is only so much 'me' to go around!

You have to have some sort of plan B! I just use any cash for spare cash, but I is felt when I don't have any!

I understand that you are right to spread yourself out. Don't give up completely on Bubblews, though. Just keep other writing sites under your belt.

Oh definitely! I work from home as a freelance writer, and I write for/on several websites because I was always taught that it is better to have more than one egg in your basket, plus I have learned this lesson the hard way.
