My Two Cents

I have been brainstorming on ideas for this site. The future, and such.

  1. It would be great if there was a tiered payment for the people who have been there in the start. Maybe call them "ambassadors" I exchange, the "ambassadors" would welcome newcomers and keep an eye on plagiarizers.
  2. It would be handy to know who likes your posts. Is there something like this that I missed? I'm still new here!

this site is very cool and I want to keep a presence on here to see it grow and flourish. Where Bubblews started with junk and slowly refined the site, this site is already well done and very usable. when more people join and the servers are stressed, there will be growing pains. That will be the next level!

What ideas do you have?

The place where this platform is hosted does not have growing pains.

I think brainstorming new ideas is always a positive thing and the more input the better. I don't know if you've met LoudMan yet, but he, too, often brainstorms.

He's crazy, too, yes. But Feisty56 likes gravy on her bulldog. Ask her. :P

LoudMan is not crazy! Shheezz!! You guys shut up!

Oh yes he is! I have pictures. And, he'll lose his car-keys every ten minutes too. Very annoying.

They used to show where Likes came from, but they did away with it because it was determined to be too traffic-exchange-y. Likes aren't even paid, so they are purely what they appear to be--a way to show that you liked the article, with no sense of obligation built in.

I am not really sure since I am still trying to find my way; good question but I will comment as much as possible and see what happens.

Yep, we did away with the like system to get away from the "scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" mindset.

Maybe the content is better hear than in the beginning days of bubblews ,because many writers here seem to be from bubblews (not creeping)

Great to see you here as well!

I can read 90% of all the content here and find something to comment. Bubblews had way too much spam and translated gibberish in the beginning!

I, for one, am delighted to see such an exchange of thoughts and opinions amongst so many, including those of us new to this site. One thought I had was if there was (and bear with me here if this has been brought up previously) a way to see who was currently logged in. You know- some sort of tracker at the bottom of the home page showing who was online at that exact moment. Any thoughts??
