Cable Free and Happy!!

I divorced my cable company several months ago and wrote about it. Well, I am back to let you know that after a period of confusion about what to do with the TV in my living room, a few physical mini withdrawal symptoms, and several intermittent days of doubts I have emerged unscathed.

I have discovered,, Netflix and a consortium of movies on I get my news feed from, the Huffington post, the NY and the LA Times.

I don’t seem to be behind on current events and, I certainly am not behind on current movies. Oh, I also purchased Chrome Cast and an HDMI cable! I am happy and have a few more dollars in my pocket….

That 's great that you fonun what works for you. My husband just added to our Sattelite TV package to make sure he doesn't miss any hockey games.

A great success story hear -- glad to hear it! It's more than time that these cable and satellite companies are no longer able to hold us hostage to their high prices and poor customer service.

We finally got cable after fifty years of marriage last December. It's a lot to pay for the two channels we actually watch, but Hubby doesn't do computers.

These companies charge ridiculous amounts for their services. It's the same with internet services. They are overpriced! Good for you
