Hello fellow writers! I am looking forward to reading your articles and hopefully you will read mine if they are of interest to you.
I was was a volunteer reviewer for iPhone and iPad applications for two websites. One took a more technical direction and I wasn't qualified to do articles for them. The other website was ok but I didn't believe is asking app developers for any money to advertise their apps. I truly believe that developers work hard at their craft and shouldn't have to pay to show off their works.
Having no talent to make my own applications, I decided to have my own review blog. Reviewing what others have done seemed the best choice for me. I throughly enjoyed looking at the applications and downloaded what I hoped would be of interest to all. It was hard to pick and choose the but I decided the best for general use.
I am retired from the working world and enjoying the sun and warmth of Florida. At this point in my life I gave up doing the application reviews, which I started to do on my own website and do more crafty things. I have no talent for anything remotely associated with crafts since I devoted most of my time to working and my love of all things that had to do with application reviews.
My current projects (for the time being) are loom knitting and sewing. The loom is a small table top and I am making a baby blanket for my 5th grandchild. Them trying to be even more I to craft I purchased a sewing machine and made my first cushion cover.
Now I am on personapaper.com plus several other websites. I also started my own blog but that fell by the wayside for several months. Now I am back at it and hopefully impart my knowledge of my mistakes that I have done and will do with knitting and sewing. Telling others what mistakes I have learned might help a novice like myself some heartaches.
I hope to bring to persona paper some of the things I have learned throughout my life. Some of the subjects I would like to touch on would be but not limited to are Alzheimer's disease, alcoholism which I learned a lot about volunteering at a women's abuse center. I also did lectures at the center because of what I learned about alcohol and how it effects and affect peoples daily lives. I a a tea tottler but have a glass of wine once in awhile just in case anyone is wondering.
Hopefully, I do. Good enough JB to peak the readers interest. Please stay tuned for more interesting article but I do not write every day since I have my crafts to do. But, I will try to write often but I can't plan anything at point because I have to test the waters of the websites and see where I belong and what is of more interest to the readers.
