Introduction for Karenb

I am a freelance writer who writes on a variety of topics, but genealogy is by far my favorite. I have written for websites like IHABE and Yahoo Contributor Network. I also write "white paper" style non-fiction pieces for Kindle Digital Publishing. I also like to crochet, make quilts, and bake. I also like to make wreaths, redo furniture, and silk flower arrangements. I like Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, and Coke. I have several foods I like spaghetti, pizza, turkey, chicken, meatloaf, roasts, making my own soups, making bread, several types of cookies, pies, pork chops with mushroom gravy, and a slew of other comfort foods.

Hi, Karen. This is Linda M. McCloud for Yahoo. I hope you enjoy the site. I haven't been as active here as I like for various reasons. I am hoping now I will have the time to really dig in here. I can't wait to read more of your posts.

Hi Karen, Nice to see you here too. This "white paper style" KDP sounds interesting. I need to check into that some.

Hey, stranger! I'm hoping for good things for all of us with Persona Paper, and I'm glad that you jumped on the bandwagon too. The more real writers we have aboard, the better it will be for everyone.

You like doing a few things I enjoy as well, such as crocheting, writing of course and baking. We are all scratch cooks in this house, lessons and recipes have been passed down from relatives who on both sides of the family owned restaurants. After reading your likes I am starting to get hungry, and why not, it's lunchtime here. Not going to prepare anything big since we are celebrating a friend's birthday tonight and getting Chinese food so none of us have to cook.
