External Traffic
Well, I guess this is the very first article because the introduction material wasn’t actually written to be posted, but to accompany my profile.
So I do see many familiar faces here which is great because each one of them took time to welcome and to follow me on PersonaPaper.com. I still have many questions to ask from older users and moderators of the site and the first one would be about indexing articles.
I wonder if articles published here are being indexed thus shown in major searching engines. It is very important to know, because this way I can direct my content to most profitable direction.
Should I focus on internal or external traffic?

We do seem to index, somewhat. External traffic is lucrative but the internal traffic is so much fun. Most of these folks here are wonderful - and this, coming from a guy who gripes freely. :)

I agree with Loudman 's comment. I think the site will see more indexing as our membership increases and there are more quality posts on a consistent basis. One thing I have found about the internal traffic here is that interaction is great and ongoing.

I try to balance my posts here. Many are aimed toward internal traffic, but some are evergreen and aimed at getting some external traffic. One thing you will discover is that these threaded comments make it really easy to have some real back and forth discussions, and in the process of these we do have the opportunity to get to know each other better than on some other sites. As we get to know each other, a certain amount of loyalty is developing that makes us want to help each other, not just ourselves. You will often find us sharing each other's evergreen posts on social media just because we want to and because every person coming in helps the entire site.

I doubt any of my articles are indexed because they are mostly my photographs. I still have lots of fun on the site though. Nice to meet you.

Good question. I guess, most of my articles will be for internal traffic. Although, I will have a few here and there that should qualify for some external traffic (if I can really get motivated as I hope, especially my health articles.)

Yes, the posts are indexed. It may take awhile to reach to a higher page but they are there.

Persona Paper posts are indexed but the posts are reaching the front page of searches. That will eventually come as more members join the site.
