sinuglaw ( filipino dishes)
It is native delicacy and it served as appetizer or main dish. Sinuglaw came from two words Sinugba means grill and kinilaw means cooking by soaking in vinegar.
Ingredients:
½ kilo pork (if possible on belly part)
1/8 cup vinegar
1 medium union (cut into small pieces)
Black Pepper
Lemon or kalamansi
1 pc medium ginger (cut into small pieces)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of veitsin ( ajinomoto)
Grill the pork until it cook. Cut into small cubes (that can easily eat) and mix all the ingredients including the grilled pork. And set aside for 15 minutes. Serve as desired.
Enjoy eating; this meal is one of my favorite Filipino main dishes. Try it.

I would like to learn how to make more Filipino dishes. The foods from what I have seen in magazines, sound fantastic.
