Baby Shower Toiletry Gift Basket

If you know of someone who is expecting a baby, chances are they will be having a baby shower. It’s hard to decide what to get as a gift, whether to go for something unique or something useful.

You can’t go wrong with something that is useful and toiletries can add up in expenses. Creating a toiletry gift basket for a baby shower is a great gift the parents will appreciate.

Find a pretty basket. The basket can be made of wicker or plastic, anything that looks nice and will hold the items you plan to purchase.

Add items such as diaper rash ointment, baby shampoo, baby lotion, baby oil, small nail clippers, diaper wipes and maybe even a package of diapers. How much you want to spend will depend on how much you add to the gift basket.

For decorative purposes, add a cute rattle or other baby toy to the basket. You can do this by tying a ribbon on the basket and adding the toy to the ribbon.

I like to give an assortment of smaller gifts like this, as you can be sure at least some of the things will be very useful!

That's a good idea. I was going to do something like that but I was going to roll up diapers and put them around the bottom edge of the basket then put pink and camouflage ribbon around it. I decided instead to make a diaper cake.
