The Week in Wildlife in Pictures

Just had to share these photos:

The Guardian publishes, every week, a collection of the most amazing wildlife photos.

The images are a mixture of stunning photography and pictures capturing important wildlife stories.

I try to catch them every week. I wanted to share this week's because there are some truly exceptional photos.

The image of dolphins is stunning.

The polar bear's rear is amusing.

Then there's a bee-eater about to catch a dragonfly and a pair of sea eagles mugging a stork.

There are seventeen photos in total. Which is your favourite? My vote goes to the dolphins - there's something surreal about it.

Those are fantastic photographs, totally in focus (unlike many of mine) and they are all so good, it's hard to pick a favourite. Maybe the dolphins.

Dolphins, the rhinos in the river and the gannets nesting...but they are all very good...

Getting stills of the fauna is not easy specially birds in flight. I like the bee eater getting at the dragon fly. One of my passions is photography. While taking video clips is easy taking pictures of birds in movement needs many tries and patience..

I like the bird snapping up a snack. Wicked.

Dolphin. Yes, the dolphins, they look like they are flying in the water. Beautiful photographs.

They are fantastic photos. I'd have to cast my vote for the Moorish Idols. The colors are stunning. My next favorite was he bee eater. Coming in third was the stork being attacked by eages.

I like the bee-eater photo best with two or three close second choices which include the rare hyena.
