I had a dream...

I had a brilliant idea for a post. Then, after walking the dog I managed to forget what it was. Put it down to age...
So, I sat here at the pc and thought about it for a while. Still no idea what to write. Back to square one.
Well. In situations like this I did what I always do - delve into the picture archives for a picture and write something about it.
I ended up with about twenty pics that I thought would be nice to show. There was no connecting theme though. Damn I thought, that won't do. Now what?
Grab one at random and do something dammit!
So I did.
A picture of a rose - Rosa ' Sharifa Asma ' One of the most delightfully scented roses that you wil ever see/sniff.
Have they invented scratch & sniff interweb yet?

Sky is the limit really when it comes to ideas. They are everywhere - even if you look under the table some idea will strike you

As it happens - I looked under the table and saw a spider dashing across the floor to hide under the bookcase.. There is probably a post there. :)

Some I also try to find writing ideas from pictures. By the way I like the picture you chose, although I only know that it is rose but I don't know more detail about it.

I keep a pen and small notebook with me at all times. When an idea hits, I scribble it down and put some notes. It works and I get to remember the idea. Now if I could write some posts from these ideas, it will be sweet! LOL!

Maggie the rose has the name - Sharifa Asma. It is one of David Austin produced rose. A beautiful rose that, as I mentioned has the most wonderful scent. If you ever come across one you will not be disappointed. It will grow in a large pot if required.
