Labor Day Weekend Plans

Here in the United States we will be observing Labor Day on Monday September 1st, so everyone in the country gets to enjoy a three-day holiday weekend.
Our family plans are simple, on Saturday we will be meeting our friends who were visiting Orlando and went to the Gulf Coast for a couple of days. We will meet them tomorrow and spend the day with them, then return home in the evening.
On Sunday I promised my little one to take her to the Miami Seaquarium, so that is the plan unless we have last minute changes.
And on Monday we will be doing stuff around the house, and probably meeting my friends one more time before they return to our home country.
I am looking forward to our long weekend, since it is always great to spend quality time with family and friends.
What are your plans for this weekend?

My College age son is visiting and it is great to see him. He is also visiting with some of his friends who live nearby.

In India the Labour Day is celebrated on May 1. Me being a homebody I celebrate every day! I always have a packed day :)

So far it's not looking rosy or like much fun. Traffic school tomorrow, a business trip to Santa Barbara likely on Sunday, and finally, unless something else comes up, some time to write on Monday.

Ironically it seems like a Labor packed weekend, for you doesn't?

bestwriter in my home country, Labor Day is also observed on May 1st, it takes a little bit to get used to the US September holiday.

Sounds like you had a great weekend as well. It's always nice for those 3 day holiday weekends and be able to spend extra time with family, friends or just doing nothing.
