The Amphitheater at the World's Fair Park

This is the amphitheater at the World's Fair park in Knoxville, Tennessee. I love all the canvas or whatever it is on the top and the overall shape of the structure. I took several shots of the building from different angles but this is my favorite of the bunch. Here it is in color.
Isn't it a cool building? I bet music sounds wonderful at the park when they have concerts.
Here is the same shot in black and white.
I like it both ways but, shockingly, I think I prefer the color version of this photograph. What about y'all? Which one do you like best?

I like both the B & W and the color version. The color version does set it off and the contrast between the color of the water, sky and building really lets you get a feel of what it would be like. The B & W is also nice, it gives a slightly different perspective and a touch of mystery. What an amazing place, I've never been there. And I agree it would be amazing to hear music in such a place, it would have been built to take into account sounds so music played there would be special.

I can't pick a favorite here. They are both really neat.

I usually like color photos better than black and white.

Yeah, I know other people like that. That's the great thing about photography. It can appeal to everyone in different ways.
