Sea Salt in your Chocolate

My friend and I were in the mall when we saw a stall located in the middle of the hallway where they sell chocolate bars with different, colorful, glossy wrappers.

It caught our attention because of the bright colors it possessed. They are actually promoting customized chocolates (just the wrapper, not the flavor of the chocolates) for personal, and for events like weddings, baptisms, and birthdays.

The chocolate wrappers have different photos and most of them were humorous. What really caught my attention was their flavored Dark Chocolate Bars that only costs 50 pesos (or a little over $1)

They have different flavors available like: Peppermint, Cappuccino, Chili, and Sea Salt. I was actually torn between Chili and Sea Salt. I tried Chili Chocolate flavored ice cream/gelato before and I loved it. I also tried Sea Salt Caramel ice cream and also loved it. So, I picked the Sea Salt and will try the Chili Chocolate some other time.

It was delicious. I loved the combination of dark chocolate and sea salt. The chocolate wasn't that sweet or bitter. I can't wait to try more of their flavors in the future. The next would be their Chili Chocolate.

I have to try this. What mall are you talking about in your post? I tried one of those artisan chocolates before with chili and I loved it!

I bought it from the mall here in our country. :)

I agree. Adding flavor is a bonus. :)
