Oh, Happy Day!

A member of Hub Pages just posted a link to the Bubble in which member services acknowledges the problem of missing redemptions. They express that there was an huge server issue between June 27 through July 15, 2014 which backlogged their payments... They are working on paying the currently due redemptions and actively backtracking and promising to pay everyone that has not been paid! (http://www.bubblews.com/news/5509507-redemption-issues )

This may explain why some of the Persona Paper writers have recently received their current redemptions, but not their prior redemptions.

They also want to eliminate any doubt that people may have about their validity and integrity as a company....

In the post they say if you have not been paid, you should send an email which contains the following:

  1. Redemption date (if known) - Screen shot if available - ( something to practice obtaining going forward)

  2. Redemption amount - (this we know you have)

  3. PayPal email...

Finally, they say if you have any questions, please contact them at membersupport@Bubblews.com

There may be hope on the horizon for all who have been waiting in the wings.....

I was hoping maybe this was going to be a post saying you or someone else had been paid for a missing redemption. I had seen the official post earlier, but I think I'll hold off my joy until I see money in my PayPal account...

That's good news for those who have missing payments between those dates, but we all know that the server problems covered more than just a few weeks and that people have been missing payments for a far longer period of time than that.

Question is, once you have reached the redemption level of $50, where will you choose to write in the future?

I wonder if they will go back as far as my August 13, 2013 payment. I wrote them about it once and never heard back. I've gotten all my other redemptions so far.

Mine goes back to July... I hope to see it soon. Maybe this will all be corrected before the end of this month. One can only hope.

Excellent question 's. Trust would certainly have to be restored, and for some people, I don't think that will happen... I plan to hide and watch for a while....

I read a post yesterday from in which he said he'd been paid on a recent redemption, but was waiting for an old payment....

Yes, I had 2 redemption's during that period and I got paid for one. I am waiting for the second one.

I've been lucky so far and have been paid each time. I do keep a screen shot and one payment was late. After 24 hours I contacted them with the exact amount of the redemption and the expected date.I offered them a screenshot but didn't have to submit it. It was on the way in another 24 hours. I have made quite a nice little purse of money over there.

I wonder if it isn't "hit or miss" with them.... I am waiting to see if my next redemption is paid. At that point, I will make a solid decision.... Thanks for responding with your experience.... God bless You!
