Company Information
Background
This website started as an idea and a response for the need of a online, social writing site that could foster a writing community. After the turn of the New Year in 2014, the idea was planted that while a site like this technically already exists the implementation was far from ideal, and potentially not even to adequate. As with more developments, we felt it could be implemented better.
A few short weeks later and continued frustration with the current solution a final decision was made to create our community. Coding along with the search for a name began. We wanted to prove a working model with a friendly community, and wanted to focus on honesty and transparency with our end users.
Where did the name come from?
We wanted the name represent the initial idea of the site's concept. Our initial focus is on writing articles, so the first thing that comes to mind when writing is 'paper'. But this is to be more than just a writing site, we want it to include social elements. We want foster relationships between our members. Looking at the Wikipedia page for persona defines it as a "social role or character played by an actor". Replacing 'actor' with 'member' and that feels like it fits with the ethos of the site. So we combined both of those words, and luckily that domain was available.
Location
Just incase there is any confusion, we want to identify the location of all parties involved with this website and its operation. See below for a table of all locations and their reasoning.

Founding Members
All of the founding members, including the lead programmer and assistant moderators all currently live and work in Florida, United States.

Server Location
Our servers are currently based out of a datacenter in Northern Virginia.

Domain Hosting
Our domain is hosted through Hover, a service provided by Tucows Inc. that is based out of Canada.
So what about the company?
The reason for the delay in getting this page up, is because we are technically not an officially recognized "company". We fully intend to do that as the revenue begins to come in. However as we stated above we started this website with no outside funding. This is the reason our exchange rate is so low as of May 2014 and we have not officially registered as a company. Technically speaking, we would be classified as a "Sole Proprietorship" and for the sake of privacy and safety for my family, I do not wish to disclose my personal address. This is also why we currently have domain privacy enabled on our domain. Once we establish an official company, that information will be listed here.
